Some negatives are worse than others.   Words like "scammer," "horrible," "terrible", "worst", "beware," and usage of ALL CAPS, lots of exclamation or question marks -- those will result in a darker shade of red. The more red, the more we recommend avoiding.

Frequency of Negatives is important too. The frequency is the percentage of purchases where the buyer actually takes time to leave feedback for their sellers. This is a very important factor -- as you do not want to turn down sales for someone who is very reasonable, leaves good feedback often, but just had a couple of bad buys. You only want to block them if they show a pattern.
